STARTER

Lobster and crab meat are folded into a creamy white wine sauce, then topped with parmesan and served on a scallop shell; supplied ready-prepared, all you have to do is finish them in the oven. Et voila!

This Scallop Selection Pack contains two each of our popular buttered scallop varieties: Scallops with Garlic Butter; Scallops with Lemon & Lime Butter; and Scallops with Cajun Butter. OYSTERS WITH CHILLI AND GINGER RECIPE
A quick, easy sauce to serve with your oysters – you can spoon a little into each shell before eating. Makes enough to serve with Half-Dozen Pack of Oysters

MUSHROOM WELLINGTON
This delicious vegetarian Wellington deserves a central spot on your celebratory table! Serves 6.

We’ve given our luxurious hand-made Lobster Thermidor a unique Greendale twist by infusing the cooking sauce with our own Apple Pie Moonshine instead of white wine.

Roast Duck Breast with Red Wine Gravy Recipe
Rich, succulent duck breast is complemented perfectly by a red wine gravy in this deliciously indulgent meal for two. Serves 2.

Christmas Vegan Pie Recipe
This hearty, vegan-friendly pie will make a great alternative (or additional) centrepiece for your Christmas table. Serves 6.

Greendale Turbot with Prosecco
Cooked in butter and served with a rich prosecco sauce, turbot makes for a luxurious Christmas dinner with a difference! Serve with your favourite festive veg. Serves 2.

ROAST TURKEY CUSHION
Our butchers use the finest, subtly-flavoured leg meat from Free-Range Bronze Turkeys, removing the meat from the bone and then hand-tying it to create a decorative ‘cushion’ shape. Deliciously different, we think this special roast is something of a festive show-stopper!

Made in South Devon, Sharpham Rustic cheese is made with vegetarian rennet and has a delicious nutty flavour - perfect for baking into this hearty and colourful dish. Serves 2 as a main dish or 4 as a side
SIDES

Rosemary & Polenta Roasties
We’ll never tire of roast potatoes (or of finding new ways to enjoy them!). This recipe uses polenta for extra crunch and rosemary for flavour – though you can use any woody herbs you like, including thyme or sage. Serves 4 as a side dish.

Brussel Sprouts with Chestnuts & Cream
Double cream adds a little touch of luxury to the traditional pairing of Brussels sprouts and chestnuts in this simple, time-saving and tasty recipe. Serves 6-8 as a side.
