Click and collect
standard click and Collect
If you live in the East Devon catchment area, why not order online and collect from our Farm Shop, located on the main A3052 Sidmouth road south of Exeter. You can use our click-and-collect service to make sure you don’t miss out on the best cuts from our Butchers or our freshly caught fish of the day. Whether you’re ordering in your lunch break and collecting after work, or browsing and ordering from home and collecting your shopping during the school run, our click and collect service is there for your convenience. You can order online then collect your order from the shop when it suits you.
Where is your farm shop located?
Greendale Farm Shop is located on the main A3052 Sidmouth road south of Exeter, postcode EX5 2JU.
Can I choose a day to collect my order?
Yes, you can. Due to unprecedented online demand, we are unable to offer our usual Next Day or Same Day click-and-collect services; with dates being booked rapidly, we can currently only offer click-and-collect approximately one week from the date of ordering. During the checkout process you will be able to specify which day you would prefer to collect your order (Monday to Sunday).
When can I collect my order?
Click-and-collect orders can be made at any time on the Greendale website, Monday to Sunday and available on your preferred day. We will email you when your produce is ready for collection.
Where do I collect my order from?
Your order will be available for collection from our cashier desk located at the front of the farm shop.
Will I need to provide proof of purchase?
Yes, you will need to quote your order reference number or show a copy of your confirmation email as proof of purchase, along with the payment card you used. For your protection against fraud, we won’t release the order without seeing your payment card. If you’ve paid entirely by PayPal or gift vouchers, you will need to bring photo ID (either your passport or photo driving licence). If your order contains intoxicating liquor and you appear to be under the age of 18 years of age, you may be asked to prove your age in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Because the produce is fresh your order will be available for collection at the shop for 24 hours, after which it will be returned to our counters and you will be refunded in full. Could someone collect the order on my behalf? We are happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud the person you nominate must present the customer’s order number and the customer’s photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).
Where do I collect my Christmas order? Orders placed for collection will be ready on your selected day. You will be notified by email when your items are ready for collection. The Christmas Collection Station is located at the back of the Farm Shop next to the Bakery. Click here to read more about Christmas ordering
