Spring Lamb for Easter
Tender and delicious, Greendale spring lamb comes from our own flock of breeding ewes. Our master butchers prepare it on-site at Greendale Farm Shop, skilfully turning it into plump chops, classic roasts, burgers, meatballs and much, much more.

Cut from the lean ‘eye’ meat of the loin, our boneless lamb noisettes are carefully prepared by our in-house master butchers.

Lamb Cutlets
Each cutlet is hand-cut from a part of the animal called ‘best end of neck’, well known for its tenderness. With this in mind, remember to watch your cooking times – you don’t want to overdo it.

These succulent chops are hand-cut from the shoulder which is a slightly fattier part of the animal, and meat from this area is prized for its sweeter flavour.
