Ingredients

37.5ml (1.5 oz) Greendale Sloe Gin

25ml (1 oz) Greendale Gin

12.5ml (0.5 oz) Vermouth

Method

Combine 1.5 oz of sloe gin with 1 oz of dry gin and a splash (about 0.5 oz) of dry vermouth. Stir or shake with ice until well chilled to blend the flavors. Strain into a chilled martini glass for a smooth and balanced drink, and then garnish with a lemon slice and olives.
