
Greendale's Luxury Fish Pie
Greendale Fish Pie is made with our own Fish Pie Mix (skinned, boned and hand-diced chunks of delicious fresh white fish, smoked fish and fresh Salmon). We add succulent prawns, then fold the fish into a white parsley sauce and top the lot with creamy mashed potato - winter comfort food at its finest!
FISHMONGERS TIPS
Dicing the fish by hand allows us to cut uniformly sized pieces that will cook evenly together. We’ve also removed the skin and fiddly pin-bones, so you don’t have to.

HOW TO COOK
Place the Fish Pie on a baking tray and place in the centre of a preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the Pie is thoroughly warmed through.

MAKE YOUR OWN
Our Premium Fish Pie Mix comprises hand-diced fresh white fish, fresh Monkfish and Salmon, smoked fish and raw peeled prawns. Skinned and boned by our skilled fishmongers, it’s ready and waiting to become the finest fish pie you’ve ever tasted! For a classic fish pie, the fish is first poached in milk, then folded into a white parsley sauce, topped with creamy mashed potato and heated through in the oven.
