Cove Espresso Martini
The Cove Espresso Martini is a rich and velvety cocktail, blending Cove Vodka, Cove Coffee Liqueur, and fresh espresso. Shaken with ice for a smooth, frothy finish and garnished with three coffee beans, it’s the perfect balance of bold coffee flavor and indulgent sweetness.
Ingredients
- 35ml Cove Vodka
- 25ml Cove Coffee Liqueur
- 50ml fresh espresso
- Ice
- 3 coffee beans (for garnish)
Method
Put 35ml Cove Vodka, 25ml Cove Coffee Liqueur and 50ml of fresh espresso into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
