Fruit Cup Cocktail
Pairing our own locally distilled gin with fresh and fruity summer flavours, this cocktail is a great way to celebrate the season. Cheers!
Ingredients
35ml Greendale Gin
15ml Rose Vermouth
10ml Rhubarb Liqueur
15ml Strawberry Syrup
Top with Ginger Ale
Method
Add all of the ingredients, excluding the Ginger Ale, into a shaker, shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with mixed fruits, cucumbers, apples and strawberries work well.
