To celebrate National Butcher's Week (Monday 4th - Sunday 10th March) we want to showcase the talented team behind the Greendale butcher counter. Our skilled butchers are passionate about providing our customers with the best quality meat, and the enthusiasm each of them has for their work shines through in the fantastic service they provide. We caught up with the team and asked them to share a little about themselves, and we've put together a short bio for each of our butchers for a whistle-stop tour of the team!
