The release of Swanaford’s first 100% Chardonnay marks a milestone, showcasing the outstanding quality of the 2023 harvest. Hand-picked from premium vines, this pale gold wine offers bright aromas of citrus and vanilla, with layers of apple, white peach, and lemon peel on the palate.

Beautifully balanced with lively acidity and a long, elegant finish, it was aged in 80% French oak and 20% stainless steel, adding subtle complexity and finesse.

Origins

Swanaford Estate is a small, family vineyard producing award-winning sparkling and still wines from grapes grown on the south-east-facing slopes in the Teign Valley. The 10-acre vineyard, located six miles to the southwest of Exeter, is planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier to create superb traditional-method sparkling wines. In addition, there is also Bacchus and Siegrebbe to produce delicious, easy-drinking white wines.

Local Delivery £4.95 (Free on orders over £50) - We offer local delivery for customers living in the EX1 to EX5, & EX8 to EX11 postcode areas. Choose a ‘specified day’(Monday to Sunday) during checkout. Please note: All orders to the remaining EX postcodes will be delivered using our standard national courier.

National Delivery £7.95 (Free on orders over £50) - We offer nationwide delivery. Choose a delivery date (Monday to Sunday) during checkout.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
