Made to a 60-year-old recipe, the Light Rye Sourdough loaf uses just three ingredients; organic rye flour, water and salt. Forty-two hours in the making, this naturally leavened bread is full of flavour but free from processed wheat, yeast and dairy. Twice winner of Organic Loaf of the Year Award, we think it’s one of the best sourdough loaves we’ve tasted. Store in a cool, dry place and use within five days of receipt.
