Simple OJ Ice Lollies

Simple OJ Ice Lollies

Simple to make and extra-refreshing on a hot day, these orange-juice lollies are great to have on stand-by in your freezer. Most fruit juices will freeze well, so have fun experimenting – we particularly like a half-and-half blend of fresh orange and apple juices, with just a dash of lime. Makes approximately 4 lollies (please see note about quantities).

Method

*Please note: the size and volume of ice-lolly moulds varies, so the amount given is intended as a guide. If you’re not sure how much liquid your moulds hold, fill them about three-quarters full with water (because the ingredients will expand when frozen), then tip the water into a measuring jug. This will be the total quantity of liquid you will need, so please adjust the recipe accordingly.*
