This Great Taste Gold Award-winning company was founded by three good friends who, encouraged by the success of their existing Deli business (and excited by the artisanal products they encountered on their travels throughout Europe) decided to create and offer a unique, innovative concept supplying oils and vinegars 'from the tap'. Much of their inspiration was drawn from the traditional selling methods of Europe’s artisan oil, vinegar and wine producers; by giving these methods a more contemporary twist, Deli-cious has ensured its products are perfectly suited to today's speciality fine food retailers.

Deli-cious offers the largest selection of quality on-tap oils and vinegars in the UK. Many of its products are made exclusively for Deli-cious by family-run, artisan producers, using natural ingredients and traditional recipes, preparing only small batches to guarantee optimum freshness and shelf-life. The company also works closely with a small selection of partner producers, who share its passion for real ingredients and traditional methods of production.

Deli-cious Vinegars

Deli-cious flavoured vinegars are produced in the famous German wine-making region of the Mosel, expertly crafted by a wine-making family with over 15 generations of experience and production history. The premium-quality white wine vinegars are infused with natural fruit juices, real fruit pulps and other natural extracts, resulting in excellent flavours and aromas, and a soft, fruity acidity that’s beautifully versatile in the kitchen.
Deli-cious Balsamic Vinegars of Modena are hand-crafted in Italy, made by a highly acclaimed artisan producer whose family has been making Balsamic vinegars for well over a century. The vinegars are carefully aged in barrels made from Cherry, Oak, Chestnut, Juniper or Mulberry wood - each wood imparting a unique flavour note - until they reach the perfect balance of colour, density, aroma and taste. All Deli-cious Balsamic Vinegars of Modena are I.G.P. certified.

Deli-cious Oils

Deli-cious flavoured oils are created using premium-quality Spanish extra virgin Olive Oil, sourced from an estate in sun-drenched Catalunya. The freshly harvested oil pressed from Arbequina, Picual and Hojiblanca olives is slowly cold-infused with natural essential oils extracted from herbs, citrus fruits, spices and other flavours. These are excellent finishing and dressing oils, with superb, subtly balanced flavours.
Deli-cious British cold-pressed Rapeseed Oils are grown, harvested, cold-pressed and bottled for Deli-cious on the Froggatt farm estate in the rolling Staffordshire countryside. Light and nutty-tasting, these award-winning oils are the result of a unique triple-filter process, which produces a real difference in flavour. The infused oils are made using natural essential oils; there is even a locally oak-smoked variety.
