Aroma; Vanilla pod with a delicious creme anglaise. Creamy fudge and ripe pineapple.

Taste; Light-medium bodied, dry with light and attractive soft fruit notes. Fruity, yet not sweet.

Aftertaste; Light oily grass with gentle nutty pineapple. A long cream finish

Hattiers Story...H.B. Evelyo is a family run distillery in the making, based in the South Hams Devon. Our founder, Philip Everett-Lyons has developed Hattiers Rum with some of the worlds most respected Master Distillers and Blenders, to bring you Hattiers Premium Reserve Rum. H.B. Evelyo base rum is a classic premium pot & column still blend, distilled from sugar cane molasses by Richard Seal, fourth generation Master Distiller and owner of Foursquare Distillery in Barbados. We then blend this base with exceptional pot still rums from Guatemala, Panama and The Dominican Republic. Theu are continually developing our range to bring you truly outstanding Devon Rums.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
