Meet the Greendale Deli Team
As part of our Meet The Seam series, we want to showcase the talented team behind the Greendale Deli counter. Our Deli team are passionate about providing our customers with the best quality pasties, pies, quiches, salads, cheese, and so much more, and the enthusiasm each of them has for their work shines through in the fantastic service they provide. We caught up with the team and asked them to share a little about themselves, and we've put together a short bio for each of our Deli team members for a whistle-stop tour of the team!

How Long At Greendale? 6.5 years
Favourite thing about working at the Greendale Deli? Interacting with customers and the lovely people I work with.
Favourite thing about Greendale? Fillet steak is my absolute favourite and I don't have it very often so it's a real treat.
Hobbies & Activities Outside of Work? Spending time with my family and lots of walking - I love going to any beach!

How Long At Greendale? 6 years
Favourite thing about working at the Greendale Deli? Making the salads for the counter - the couscous is my favourite.
Favourite thing about Greendale? Feeding the animals! I have a real connection with the donkeys as they were the first animal I was involved with. Also, the kebabs from the butchers are amazing.
Hobbies & Activities Outside of Work? Working my two springer spaniels during the shooting season - working, walking and training!

Favourite thing about working at the Greendale Deli? Working with lovely local producers - especially trying the cheese!
Favourite thing about Greendale? I love all of the Sharpham Cheese range and their crackers and chutneys. Plus, our Olives Et Al olives
Hobbies & Activities Outside of Work? A tour of drinking Aperol Spritz around Europe, coastal walks and meeting friends for food and drinks.

Favourite thing about working at the Greendale Deli? Making the Greendale sausage rolls and pasties.
Favourite thing about Greendale? Lamb steaks from the butchers
Hobbies & Activities Outside of Work? Gardening, walking and caravanning - usually all around Cornwall.

Favourite thing about working at the Greendale Deli? Trying all the award-winning cheese from around the British Isles
Hobbies & Activities Outside of Work? After work I love watching the sun go down over the Exeter skyline whilst enjoying a local beer, supporting Exeter City FC, going to horse racing events and supporting local breweries!

How Long At Greendale? nearly 4 years
Favourite thing about working at the Greendale Deli? It's a very social atmosphere - I love that it's open to the shop and we get to meet so many customers.
Favourite thing about Greendale? The whole cheese counter! I've discovered lots of cheeses here that I'd never heard of before & now they're my favourites to recommend. Also, The salads from the deli, especially the homemade coleslaw.
Hobbies & Activities Outside of Work? Cooking, painting, making marmalade, growing plants - anything creative really!
