Sea Breeze Cocktail Recipe

Light and refreshing, this brightly-coloured cocktail is sunshine in a glass (it also happens to be rich in Vitamin C!). Serves 1.

Ingredients

50ml Greendale Vodka
50ml Cranberry Juice
50ml Grapefruit Juice
Ice
A wedge of Lime, to garnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice, then pour in the cranberry juice. Use a cocktail shaker to mix the vodka with the grapefruit juice, then pour it into the glass on top of the cranberry. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
