Monday 21st April marks the start of our Love Local Legends: Hot Drinks fortnight! For the full two weeks, we're shining the light on some of the local legends behind the brews we love. From our very own Greendale Breakfast Tea, to Exmoor Tea Company's delicious blends, to the Miles Tea & Coffee range and Sidmouth's own Buzz Coffee, we're proud to stock a proper line-up of local warming wonders. Join us at the Farm Shop for tastings from Miles Tea & Coffee on Thursday 29th April, 11am - 3pm, and Coffeeworks offering tastings of our Greendale Coffee on Friday 30th from 11am - 3pm. Barber's Cocoa will be joining us on Friday 2nd May for tasters of their innovative Cocoa Tea and artisan hot chocolates. Don't miss out on exclusive on-the-day offers and giveaways!

Greendale Lobster with Lyonnaise Potatoes
This luxurious recipe is a real treat! You can make the Lyonnaise potatoes ahead of time if you like – assemble the potatoes in advance, up to the point of the oven cooking time, then refrigerate and just pop them in the oven when you’re ready to cook the lobster. Serves 4.
