White Lake’s most well-known cheese, this semi-hard, washed rind goats cheese has won multiple awards over the years, and it’s easy to see why. With a delicate, moreish sweet/medium flavour, it’s a really versatile cheese that’s as at home on a cheeseboard as it is in a lasagne. Suitable for vegetarians. Style: Semi-Hard.

White Lake Cheese is an award-winning, third-generation artisanal cheese producer based in Pylle, Somerset. The milk used to create their wonderful goats cheese is provided by the family’s own, beloved herd - a mix of Toggenburg, British Alpine and Saanen goats; a local Guernsey herd provides the milk for cow-milk cheeses, while sheep-milk cheeses are made with milk from a well-trusted farm not too far away. The result is minimal food miles, support from and for the local community, and truly exceptional cheese.
