Easy to carve, this White Turkey Breast Joint is completely bone-free and comprises tender white meat with a delicious chestnut, cranberry and apple stuffing. Supplied ready to roast, with the giblets removed.

Greendale Turkeys are sourced either from our own farm in nearby Woodbury Salterton, or from the Slade family at Rosamondford Farm, a mile away from Greendale Farm Shop. Raised from day-old chicks, the White Turkeys are fed a simple, additive-free diet of wheat and vegetables and live comfortably in specially-designed barns. Their simple, natural diet results in superbly flavoured meat, perfect for a traditional Christmas roast.
This boned and rolled Breast Joint is carefully hand-tied to help it keep its shape during cooking, but do remember to remove the string before carving.
Cooking times will vary according to the weight of your Turkey or Turkey joint, but as a guide it is a good idea to allow 20 minutes per Kg, plus 70 minutes if the bird or joint is under 4Kg, or plus 90 minutes if it is over 4Kg, at a cooking temperature of 190°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4.
Preheat the oven to 190°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4, remove the Breast Joint from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature. Weigh the joint to calculate the cooking time (as above), then rub the skin with butter, season well and place it in a roasting tin. Cover the joint with foil and put it in the centre of the hot oven, cooking for the required time or until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Before serving, allow the meat to rest in a warm place for about ten minutes.

Standard National Delivery £7.95 - Order before 2pm and receive your items the next day, between 8am and 8pm. You can also specify whether you’d like it delivered in the morning or on a different day (up to seven days in the future, Tuesday to Friday).
Saturday & Sunday Delivery £10.00 - You can also choose to have your items delivered on Saturday or Sunday.
Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
