Smoked for us in South Devon, Greendale Smoked Streaky Bacon has a delicious, subtle smokiness that will lift any number of dishes – use it to wrap roast chicken or fish, line a paté dish or (our favourite) just sizzle a couple of rashers and eat between thick slices of good white bread.

Pork, Water, Salt, Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate.

To pan fry, simply heat a heavy-based pan over a medium heat for a few moments, then add the bacon and fry for a couple of minutes on either side until cooked through and as crisp as you want it to be. To grill, place under a preheated grill for a couple of minutes on each side (watch it to make sure it doesn’t burn).

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.
