Origins

Deli-cious OnTap Oils & Vinegars was founded nearly a decade ago by three good friends and self-confessed 'foodies' with an appetite for culinary innovation. Already running their own busy and successful delicatessen, they were inspired by the deliciously different oils and vinegars they encountered during travels in Europe, as well as the traditional ways in which artisan producers sold these oils, vinegars and wines. How to Cook

This is an excellent oil for just dipping bread or crudités. Because of the oil combination, it can also be used at a higher heat level for sautéing and shallow frying. It also makes a great base for a marinade or dressing when combined with one or more of our many flavoured Balsam Vinegars. Drizzle and roast a tray of Mediterranean vegetables, then use crusty bread to mop up all the delicious juices.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
