Slow-cooked mushrooms in a savoury creamy sauce, with garlic, shallots and smoked paprika.

Serves 1-2 people.

For allergens see ingredients in BOLD: Mushroom, garlic, shallot, smoked paprika, creme fraiche (DAIRY), balsamic vinegar (SULPHITES), salt, pepper.

OVEN COOK: 20 mins, Fan 170°C Electric 190°C Gas 5
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Cook on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

AIR FRY: 20 mins, Re-Heat Setting / 120°C
Remove sleeve and film. Cook for 20 mins. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

MICROWAVE: 12 mins, 900W
Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power. Ensure food is piping hot, stir well and allow to rest for 1 min before serving.

Previously frozen. If frozen on arrival suitable for home freezing. If item is partially defrosted store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt.

Clare has worked at Greendale for nine years, with many years’ prior experience as a chef, and consistently manages to impress our staff and customers alike with her sell-out nut roasts and vegetarian wellingtons every Christmas. Ethan has been working in the food industry for 12 years, including working as a chef, before heading up our Fishmongers department, amongst other roles. They’re a talented team – we think you’ll taste their skill and expertise in every bite!

There are plenty of egg-cellent (sorry) reasons to shop at Greendale this Easter; we've all you'll need, from superb local lamb, fresh fish and vibrant veg to luxury Hot Cross Buns and tempting sweet treats. Items ordered online or in-store can be delivered locally (or made ready for collection) on the day of your choice, while national-delivery orders must be placed by 2pm on March 31st for delivery before Easter.
