Carefully handcrafted in Exeter, Devon, Greendale Gin is a classic London dry gin, created with a unique blend of botanicals inspired by the fields and hedgerows of our farm. Produced in small batches, it’s created from pure grain spirit and triple-distilled in a traditional copper-pot still; the result is a rich, full-flavoured gin with warming spice, soft floral notes and a velvety finish. Enjoy over ice with tonic and lemon, mixed into cocktails, or simply savoured neat.

Product Info

Greendale Gin takes traditional flavours as a starting point, then adds a carefully crafted twist. Using a special blend of nineteen botanicals, the recipe is designed around the seasons here at our farm, as different wild flowers and berries are foraged according to the time of year. Gorse, Heather and Blackberries are all used in the distillation process to give a delicate floral back-note to the traditional, bolder-flavoured botanicals (Juniper, Coriander and Almonds), and Greendale’s own honey is also added, combining with Cinnamon to provide a warm, subtle foil to the peppery kick of Cubeb, Grains of Paradise and Calamus Root. Smoothly layered and skilfully balanced, this is a distinctly different drink – we think it’s too good for tonic, but we’ll let you decide. Cheers!

Click & Collect FREE - Order online and collect from our Farm Shop, You can choose to collect on a ‘specified day’ (starting approx. one week from ordering) during checkout. We will email you when your produce is ready for collection.

Local Delivery £4.95 (Free on orders over £50) - We offer local delivery for customers living in the EX1 to EX5, and EX8 to EX11 postcode areas. Choose a ‘specified day’ during checkout.  Please note: All orders to the remaining EX postcodes will be delivered using our standard national courier.

National Delivery £7.95 (Free on orders over £50) - We offer nationwide delivery. Choose a delivery date during checkout.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
