Generously spread with our home-made garlic butter, these lean and tender Garlic Butter Steaks will cook to full-flavoured perfection in moments – just add green beans and a good pile of mash to help soak up the delicious juices.

Contains Pork, Butter (MILK) and Garlic. Garlic butter flavouring contains: Starch, Salt, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Garlic, Rusk (WHEAT, YEAST), Herb, Butter, Powder Spice Extract, Colour (E160A), Spice.

To pan fry your Garlic Butter Steaks, place a heavy-based pan over a medium-high heat, and when it’s nice and hot, add the steaks. Cook the steaks for 5-6 minutes on each side, then remove them from the pan, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Store in fridge and consume within 2-3 days of receipt, or freeze immediately. Suitable for freezing. All items are labelled with use by dates.

Greendale pork is supplied by Tom Lockwood in nearby Talaton, here in East Devon. Animal welfare is a priority for Tom, who follows traditional and sustainable farming practices to ensure his pigs are given the best possible in terms of diet, space and quality of life. Slaughtered locally to keep stress to a minimum, the animals are hung, matured and butchered on-site here at Greendale Farm Shop; the end result is lean, nicely marbled and exceptionally well-flavoured pork, available in a wide selection of cuts, joints, sausages and more for our customers to enjoy every day. Pork products not sourced from Talaton (including bacon and gammon) come from trusted UK and Irish suppliers with standards as high as our own.

Topside originates from the leg. Because it’s muscle tissue, it is extra lean, so be sure not to over-cook it.
