It was one of Fussels regulars who asked if they could do a smoked oil. A very good question they decided and after various questions and enquiries, a sample was presented and it was universally given the thumbs up by their team. You too can now enjoy it’s musky flavours in your cooking, who knows what new recipes and flavour combinations you’ll come up with.

It is a fantastic and obvious choice as your everyday cooking oil for a number of important reasons:

Compared to olive oil……

It has half the saturated fat.

It has 10 x the essential fatty acid Omega 3.

It cooks to a higher temperature, making it a more versatile cooking oil.

My oil is grown by me, so you can be sure of what it is, where it comes from and that it is always of the highest quality.

How to Cook

Cooks to a higher °C ,aking it a more versatile cooking oil. Add it to your cooking, directly onto your salads or onto anything you like and just wait for your senses to be bewitched. I can promise you that since I created it, it has cast a spell on me and I’m from Somerset!! So get some and be prepared for a lifetime of devotion.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
