Product description

Always popular at parties, these mini-sized sausage rolls are supplied frozen and uncooked for your convenience. Please refrigerate on arrival and allow to thaw overnight, then keep in refrigerator and use within two days.

How to Cook

Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 6) and place the raw sausage roll on greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Whisk an egg to create a wash, then brush it over the sausage roll until all the pastry is covered. Put the sausage roll in the hot oven and cook for 20 minutes or until golden and cooked through. The inside of the sausage roll should be piping hot.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
