Fresh Flour's Reginette is made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a subtle addition of either Einkorn, Rye or Emmer flour.
The result is a light, coloured pasta with subtle flavours.
Best with lighter sauces, so that you can taste the full flavour of the pasta. At the same time, it’s great with creamy, or mushroom sauces which get captured and caressed by the ‘little queen’ folds!
Fresh Flour's Reginette only needs to be boiled briefly and keeps cooking when warm.
