This delicious sausage meat is what we put in our own Cumberland Pork Sausages. Using pork from the Greendale farm, the butchers at our Farm Shop take great care to get the taste and texture just right.
Greendale sausage meat is made with pork from our family farm in Devon. We follow strict animal welfare guidelines at our farm; we also use a carefully chosen local abattoir, and butcher our meat on-site at Greendale Farm Shop.
We use good quality offcuts from the pork shoulder and belly to make this classic sausage meat, mincing the meat by hand to ensure the right texture.
Sausage meat is a versatile, tasty addition to stuffing, Scotch Eggs, pies and more.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
