Capers are curious things in that they are actually the buds of the caper bush they are defined by size and each size has its own name. Opies use Capotes; a smallish caper of the finest quality, which they then preserve in spirit Vinegar to start the magic that delivers their intense and distinctive flavour. So whether you are looking for that signature ingredient to make dishes such a Spaghetti Puttanesca or creating a simple but sublime Tartar sauce to accompany your fish these capers are just the job!

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
