This winter cabbage has beautiful purple-tinged leaves and has a sweet, delicate and tender taste.
We work hard to ensure that the fruit and vegetables we sell are fresh and high in quality. If we don’t grow them ourselves, we source them from carefully chosen suppliers, preferring to buy locally whenever possible.
These Sprout Stalks are best roasted whole and served right on the stalk. You can also cut off the individual sprout to shave raw over a salad or for sauteing and frying.
Keep in the fridge or a cool place. Will keep up to 14 days.
Cabbage leaves can be steamed or boiled, or shredded into hearty soups – they can also be served stuffed, rolled around a savoury mix of your choice.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
