Made to a 60-year-old recipe, the part baked Light Rye Sourdough loaf uses just three ingredients; organic rye flour, water and salt. Forty-two hours in the making, this naturally leavened bread is full of flavour but free from processed wheat, yeast and dairy. Twice winner of Organic Loaf of the Year Award, we think it’s one of the best sourdough loaves we’ve tasted.
Based in the medieval market town of Chipping Sodbury, near Bristol, Hobbs House Bakery has been baking bread since 1980. Its staff of 20 skilled bakers produce the freshest handmade bread and patisserie, using traditional overnight methods. Hobbs House Bakery is soil association accredited, and is known for its fine range of organic breads.

Fresh Greendale Produce - Meat and seafood will be bagged and ready to cook or freeze on delivery. All fresh meat and fish will be vacuum-packed and labelled with use-by dates and a suggested frozen shelf life. Packaging or labelling may change depending on preparation or delivery limitations. When the meat or fish has been packaged it is immediately placed in an insulated envelopes and surrounded with chilled gel-packs to keep it cool and in perfect condition.
