At Greendale Farm Shop we love local produce, but sometimes we go a little farther afield to find the best for our customers, always sourcing only from trusted suppliers with standards as high as our own. Loch Duart is a great case in point; better than any other salmon we've found, it's always a big hit with our customers (and especially popular at Christmas). Established for over 40 years, Loch Duart farms its salmon in accordance with the RSPCA's animal welfare scheme, and follows rigorous, internationally-accepted standards for environmental management. We use a careful curing process to infuse the salmon with Bucks Fizz, balancing the flavours perfectly to ensure a delicious end result.

Our cured salmon is delicious as it is, and best served simply with granary bread, lemon juice and cracked black pepper (it’s also lovely on a toasted bagel, with scrambled egg piled on top).
