Product description
Their namesake is a unique Daymark on the island of St Martin’s. Built in 1683 to aid Atlantic mariners, it is the earliest surviving example of a navigation beacon in the British Isles and continues to be an iconic sight within this beautiful archipelago.
They triple distill molasses in copper pot stills, infusing with Cornish sea salt and hand-picked samphire. Maturing in English oak adds the finishing touch. The result? Mouthwatering notes of dried fruit, cracked caramel and treacle. A refined British spirit with a rugged island nature.
Strictly over 18s. Please drink responsibly, for further information please visit drinkaware.co.uk
