Get prepared for the Christmas celebrations. Avoid disappointment by booking your delivery today!
You can now pre-order your seasonal items online and in-store and have them delivered to your home or made available for collection. Place your order by 2pm on December 21st (National Delivery, Local Delivery & Click and Collect) and we will send your items out or have them ready for collection on your chosen day.
Pre-Order Local Delivery – There is a £4.95 home delivery charge (free when you spend £50 or more). You must live within the EX1 to EX15 postcode catchment area. On your chosen day of delivery, you will be sent an email confirming the order has been dispatched. You can choose to have your items delivered between the 1st of December and the 24th of December.
Pre-Order National Delivery - There is a £7.95 home delivery charge (free when you spend £50 or more). Our courier will send you a message on the morning of delivery to provide you with an estimated time slot. You can choose to have your items delivered between the 1st of December and the 23rd of December (service excludes Mondays).
Pre-Order Click & Collect: Collecting from store is FREE. All Christmas collections will be available on your chosen day. You will be contacted when your items are ready for collection. When ordering for a specific delivery date, please bear in mind that use-by dates vary between products. Many items need to be consumed within 2-3 days of receipt or frozen immediately, so it is important to note the use-by dates and storage instructions for each of your items. Storage guidance is given on our website, and all items in our Farm Shop are labelled with use-by dates – please feel free to call 01395 232 836 if you would like more advice.

Can I change my order? Once you have placed your order online you are unable to change any of the items. If you wish to add or remove items we advise that you cancel your original order and place a new order with the correct items. All orders must be completed before cut-off at midnight on 28th (National Delivery) or 30th of December 2018 (Local delivery and Click & Collect).
When do I get charged for my order? You will be charged for your items on the day of purchase. You may pre-order your items up to and including 28th (national delivery) or 20th of December 2018 (National, Local and Click & Collect) . Please note that a £10 deposit is taken for orders placed in-store, with the remainder charged on collection of items.
When can I collect my order? Orders placed for collection will be ready on your selected day between the 1st and 23rd of December 2018 (exclusions apply). You will be notified by email when your items are ready for collection. Click here for more details about click and collect.
