Bees & Seas Non-Alcoholic Cocktail
Sticking to Dry January this year? Reward yourself with this tasty mocktail made from local goodies, including apple juice from Four Elms Orchard, Greendale honey and Sea Arch non-alcoholic spirit.
Ingredients
Add 50ml Sea Arch Coastal Juniper
Add 25ml Four Elms Apple Juice
Add 25ml honey syrup (Greendale honey and water 1:1)
Add 10ml cider apple vinegar
Top up with soda
Method
Serve in a large glass on the rocks stir and garnish with sliced apple.
