Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Feta or Mozzarella
Lean, full-flavoured Free-Range Chicken Breast Fillet is paired with either a Mediterranean-inspired Feta cheese or Mozzarella stuffing – perfect for a little mid-week treat. Freshly prepared by our butchers, it’s ready to cook; all you have to do is pop it in the oven and open a bottle of wine!
We make these Stuffed Chicken Breasts here at the Greendale Farm Shop, so we know exactly what goes into them. An easy meal in moments, they’ll cook nicely in the oven while you prepare some veg, rice or salad to accompany them.
Heat oven to 180°C/Gas Mark 4. Place the Stuffed Chicken Breast on a baking sheet and roast until golden (20-30 minutes).
