GREENDALE BUTCHERS
Recent winners of the 'Best South West Butchers' by the Taste of the West, Greendale’s butchers prepare all our meat on-site at the farm shop using meat from our own farm. With years of experience, they are always on hand to help customers with expert advice about choosing the right cut of meat and the best way to cook or prepare it. If you’re buying online, rest assured that this same expertise has been put to good use to ensure your purchase is exactly right; you’ll find all of our meat is available in a wide range of cuts and portions, ready-packed for fast delivery.

Greendale Fishmonger
Our knowledgeable fishmongers are experts in preparing and cooking everything on the fish counter, from Plaice to Lobster and beyond. Skilled at filleting and de-boning, they’re responsible for getting each daily catch ready for sale as it arrives fresh from our boats. Online shoppers can make great use of this expertise, too, because all the fish in the Greendale farm shop is also sold on our website, available in the same wide range of cuts and whole fish. GREENDALE BAKER
From Cobs to Bloomers, Sourdough to Spelt, there’s nothing quite like fresh, crusty bread. Using carefully sourced ingredients and traditional recipes, the Greendale Farm Shop bakery team works hard to ensure a fresh selection of delicious bread is available every day. We also stock award-winning loaves from the renowned Hobbs House Bakery, based in the West Country.

GREENDALE CHEF
There’s a talented team behind the scenes in the café kitchen, working hard to produce each and every mouth-watering meal that comes through those doors. Blake and Sam have been running the café kitchen for four years now, ably assisted by their capable team. They are busy men, but we persuaded Blake to sit down for a moment with a cup of tea and tell us how he works that kitchen magic…
